    Life Under Construction...
Bitched on: Thursday, May 25, 2006
    Time: 5/25/2006 12:32:00 AM

    My toilet is under renovation.

And that is something for me to fret about.

Yes... I have another toilet/shower in the kitchen.
But... there is no hot water!!!

    Argh!!!!!!!!!!
Showers to me (I am the super clean freak) are blardy important.
I need to shower at least three times a day (TMI; Too Much Information, I know).
But without hot water how can I?
    No..........

And also, I don't really consider using a pail and the scoop , showering...
    So 'old school'...
    Like kampung liddat...

Furthermore, the whole family now has to function using ONE toilet cum shower.

Its damn annoying to queue when you really have to go (I don't know how you, ladies, do it in public toilets...)

Not only that, the kitchen's toilet is so surprisingly tiny (I have never showered in there till now).

To top it off, it also happens to be the laundry room AND store for all my mum's cleaning equipments.
So washing your face when there is the mop in the same sink is kinda tricky, I tell you.

Early morning showers are really unpleasant.
    Freezing cold...

So... I relive the good ol' Army days again.
    Just skip the morning showers...
    (Again, TMI...)

So I apologise if I have been smelling bad lately.
I promise to put on tonnes of cologne, OK?

At least until my toilet has been renovated.

Oh... Here's another embarassing thing that happened in my ever-so-loser life...

    A loser moment.

I just have to share this.

I was in gym today and I wanted to try one of those exercise with those huge dumbells and the bench.
    Something like this;

    I dunno why but the weight must have been so freaking heavy that I was flung back like this;

Not once but twice cos stupid me wanted to try it again (never-say-die-crap).

Twice!!! My head hitting really hard on the (luckily) carpeted floor the second time.

My legs flailing in the air, straight up into the air. Like I'm doing a headstand.

Don't ask me how the hell it could happen. I just don't know. It did!!!

It was quite dangerous, come to think of it now, cos the weights might just have fallen on my face and broken my jaw...

So embarassing... All those in the gym eyeing me like there was something wrong with me....

I would think likewise too if I saw someone doing that not once but twice!!!!!!!

    Argh!!!!!! Paise leh...

    Such a loser...

Now I have a migraine (seriously, I have a bump) and also I stink...

    I need a shower bad...

    God dammit...

    Singapore 'Idle'
Bitched on: Tuesday, May 23, 2006
    Time: 5/23/2006 09:39:00 PM

To my foreign friends and those studying overseas (also to those who are just so 'suay' (unlucky) to not catch the show's premiere on Sunday and its repeat on Tuesday)!
I have a treat for you guys.
    The Singapore Idol 2006 auditions!!!

    Go watch it and laugh-till-you-piss-in-your-pants!

This year we have a lot of tone-deaf 'singing' hopefuls, lotsa bad diction, never-say-die-rejects from Singapore Idol Season 1, unbelievably shameless 'models', a cowboy (with broken accented American English, contradicting, I know) and a kungfu rapper (complete with tiny nunchakus)...
    And the list goes on...

So to those who missed the 1 hour of 'mess' (you pass of as a talent show), here are the highlights of the show.

Bad diction and 'salah' (wrong) intonation (either beng or mat-accented, all these 'singers' would have Raffles turning in his grave!).
    Guest-starring Mr Nong-Nong Ago...

Singapore Cowboy VS Kungfu Rapper (self-explanatory).

The Model (yucks... he makes me puke!)

He should get a mirror like this Mirror-Boy (or is he a girl?)
There is something so so wrong with this androgynous boy (or girl, wadeva) with roller shoes!

(All these clips courtesy of Singaporebeauty)

And here are more clips to humour yourself with (on YouTube).

Plus never-before-seen-on-TV clips (courtesy of Idol on Demand).

While watching this show, I had these nagging thoughts, Singapore Idol's standard is so much lower than American Idol and also what planet are these losers from???

Most of them dress as if they come from Hollywood or Japan, they have no singing talents at all (are all their friends and family members deaf? Or maybe they don't have any friends...) and most of them have two left feet (no rhythm at all).

And they come out disappointed from the audition, rejected and in awe as if the judges' honest criticsms are ludicrous.

    Please lah...
    Dig your ears lah...

If you can't take criticsms, don't join at all.
    Aiyoh... So shameless.

So admirably fearless, but so delusional nevertheless.

I am not trying to bring these people down cause I am bringing these people down.
    Back to earth.
    They need a realtiy check!!!

Oh, if you seriously have a lot of time and plenty of money to waste, go log on to SingaporeIdol.com.

Speaking of American Idol earlier on, (are you, Americans, deaf?) why did you let two of the greatest singers in the history of American Idol go?! Chris and Eliot!!!

    WHY?!

Now, I can't be bothered to watch the finals.
    Katherine and Taylor?
    Whoever wins.
    We lose.

    Goodbye.

    Read her blog.
I became so emotional, I started my infamous trying-to-stifle-my-tears-but-in-the-end-I-start-to-sob again.

I was sad cause I know I would never see her again until months later.
I would not even get to see her when she goes away.

What makes me more sad is how sad the state of our friendship is now. We used to be tight. Now, I hardly know her. I hardly see her.
I don't feel like I am 'losing' her when she goes away cause in fact, I feel like I have 'lost' her.

    A pity...

Its understandable that what she wants to do now is stay at home, to be with her family, I mean I would be doing that too if I was going overseas for that long a time.

A lil message from me to you.

I won't want to exit from your life kicking and screaming but instead, I will graciously bow out.
So farewell and study hard. Don't forget to enjoy yourself there.

I've told you I miss you and I hope you will miss me too.

    ...

    Its just so sad, no?
Yes, she would be 'gone' physically but there are also other friends who I felt have been 'erased' from my life too.

And I feel like I have lost all these close friends of mine, I hardly chat with them or meet them.

I'm sorry I sound a bit self-centred here but I feel that the whole world around me is collapsing and I'm the only one standing still, alone...

And the sad thing is that those I was close to don't realise that.
    A pathetic state, I know.

I am so down and out.
    And I'm sick of this...

I'm just so sick of being the first one to initiate the conversation on MSN or SMS. And there are times when I do, I will sometimes not get a reply.

I am sick of being rejected whenever I ask my friends to go out with me.
Or being made empty promises to go out and then blah...

I am so sick being the last to know about so-and-so birthday party or not getting invited in the first place.

I'm sick of rotting at home with nothing to do when its a good sunny day outside.

I am so incredibly jealous of those who have everything now, when I have nothing.
No friends, no girlfriend, no life and most importantly no money...

I am not being selfish and asking too much am I?
Just a simple SMS to say "hi" from friends who have been ignoring me the past few weeks.

But I guess its too late now. I have officially 'deleted' some people from my life now.

    Who cares right?
    They don't...

    'Duh' Vinci Code
Bitched on: Thursday, May 18, 2006
    Time: 5/18/2006 09:47:00 PM

To those big fans of Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code, save the trouble of leaving your house to watch the movie version.
Instead I suggest you snuggle up in bed and read the book again.

Here's my verdict of the movie I have been waiting for years (yes years, ever since I first fell in love with the book, I knew they had to make a movie).

    It was disappointingly rushed.
A lot of the nice informative bits from the book (like flashbacks from Robert Langdon's class about PHI and Amon Lisa) were not shown in the movie, sadly.

Not only that, many of the important conversations between the characters are missing.

So for Da Vinci Code Virgins like my friend Weiyong, its easy to get lost halfway in the movie.

I felt like I was just reading the summary on the back of the book cover instead of reading the contents.

Just 10 minutes into the movie, in comes Sophie Neveu.

10 minutes later, they are running across France.

The chemistry between Tom Hank's Langdon and Audrey Tautou's Sophie was hardly noticeable. It felt like there was no attraction at all.

To further add insult to injury, a lot of the other characters like Vernet, Collet and even Remy were not given their due recognition they so rightfully deserve in the movie.

The only character that I felt true to the book was Silas. He evoked both fear and pity in me. And he manages to scare the moviegoers not once but twice with his sudden entries. The two suckas I was seated between 'jumped' in their seats (and one of them was Weiyong... Lol).

Sir Ian Mckellen is a wonderful actor.
He was wonderfully convincing as the Grail-crazy British knight, Teabing.
But, there were some parts in the movie when I couldn't get the image of him as Magneto out of my mind... I was imagining him hovering with his crutches like what Magneto would do throughout the movie...

Churchgoers can rejoice cause there are major tweaks to Langdon's character. He is noticeably more religious (a Catholic, he says.... so unlike the book) and even argued with Teabing about the existance of the 'Holy Grail' at the Chateau Villette. You can tell that the movie is really trying hard to appease both the church and Dan Brown's fans.

However, the Bishop, Aringarosa, is somehow made more villainous in the movie than in the book. Strange...

Nevertheless, Dan Brown fans do not be disappointed cos somehow the movie stays true to book in many ways..

But my verdict, should you watch it?
    Nah... read the book...
    You won't miss much.

Here's something embarassing that happened to me that night after the preview screening of the movie.

Price for the two tickets to the movie: Free.

Queuing up in long snaking queue to go into the cinema theater, only to find it the wrong queue: Priceless

Taxi fare home after realising that there are no more trains that late: $15+++

Realising you only have $15 left and have to stop at a secluded bus stop in AYE expressway: Priceless

There are many things money can't buy, for everthing else, there's daddy...

    La... la... la...
Bitched on: Tuesday, May 16, 2006
    Time: 5/16/2006 04:41:00 PM

Its funny how a lot of people I haven't 'seen' for weeks suddenly reappeared in my 'life' again.

And by 'seen' I mean seeing them on MSN again and by 'life' I mean 'on MSN'.

And they always ask the same ol' things...

    So how's life now?
Well, its the same since the day I was born.
    Dull.

    What you doing now?
    Chatting with you online, duh...

    Not working?
    Quit eons ago...

    Slacking at home?
NO!!! Trying to find a job... from home...
Lazy to go out... I admit...

    Anything new with your lovelife?
Non-existant, ok? Ever since I can remember...
Come to think of it, I have forgotten how a girl looks like (me being holed up in my home since puberty...)

    Wanna go out?
    No money..

    Wanna go clubbing?
    Seriously, no money.
Besides, I am a changed man...
I won't step into another club (until the day I meet a hot chick who brings me to a club...)

So read this before you ask me anything on MSN cos that will just irritate the hell out of me when the next person ask me the same thing...

I am so sick of this... of being unemployed...
Also sick of waiting for calls from all those job agencies that offer undesirable jobs which are either low-paying, not air-conditioned or both... (I'm fussy, so sue me)

I am sick of being alone at home, rotting...
Watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S on DVD, surfing the net for useless infotainment, hibernating on my bed, gorging myself with food, updating this blog, watching Oprah... That's my life now.

Either that or I'll go gym alone... So pathetic rite?

I need to go out, with my shrinking circle of friends...
I feel like I'm losing a friend per day.

They are either too busy with exams, with their own lovelife, migrating/migrated to a foreign country, still in the Army or just simply lost touch with me.
    Sad rite?
When friendships can just dissolve like that...

I seriously need companionship (not just online but physically).
To my friends who feel likewise, gimme a call so we can hangout, OK? So sad...

    But how to go out?
With only $6 in my bank. (I am not kidding)...
So preferably where and when we go out, budget a bit hor?

    My Amazing Race.
Bitched on: Saturday, May 13, 2006
    Time: 5/13/2006 11:55:00 PM

To those who don't already know, I qualified for the DaVinci Code 'Amazing Race' thingy on the 13th May, Saturday.

To qualify for the race, one had to solve codes and clues from local Mediacorp's 8 Days magazine, Class 95 FM, Today newspaper and TV's Channel 5 correctly.

And out of over 2000 correct entries, the first 150 could contest in the race.

Ok, I admit. I had nothing better to do.
But hey, I qualified for the race.
    No harm trying, rite?

And I got to do the race with a partner ala Amazing Race.
I chose my BMTC buddy Weiyong (I went to KL with him the last time too) to join me in the race.
    Haha...
Seriously, we were the most unlikely pair. I was just inviting trouble when I asked him. We were like chalk and cheese.
It wasn't long before we started bickering (even before the race started).

Furthermore, the grand prize was amazing.
2 tickets to the DaVinci Trail in Paris, London and Scotland.
Just like the two main characters in the book.
Just imagine an all-expense-paid trip to Europe...
I'm just drooling thinking of it...

But I guess Lady Luck wasn't by our side cause we didn't win it. We were not even in the top 20.

But to hell with that, the race was amazing!!
We reported at the startline at Cathay Cineplex (Handy Road) earlier than the sugggested time 10.30am.
It started later than the scheduled time (1pm) with all of us receiving a clue in an envelope (ala Amazing Race).

We were 'flagged off' by the ever gorgeous Jean Danker, Carrie Chong and some other Chinese DJ (heck what's his name...).

The two of us took a shorter route to the Dhoby Ghaut MRT train station.
We were the first to reach the station while solving the clue in the envelope, which was an ambigram (readers to Dan Brown's Angels and Demons will know) of the words Art&Science and Philosophy (when you turn it around) which was cool.

We SMS-ed the answer and got our next clue to the next stop (which was Bugis) via SMS too.

There, we had to find a difference between two Mona Lisas on the lightbox advertisement for the movie. (A few strands of her hair were airbrushed away in one... other than that, they were so similar).

Then the next clue was to a station in the west, named after an angmor governor.

We initially thought it was Raffles. So we went to Raffles Place (we argued it was to the west of Dhoby Ghaut). But it was a grave mistake... One that could have stolen minutes from us...

So we called our friends at home to search on the internet for governors named Dover, Clementi, Outram (any train station in the west that sounded angmor-ish.

Turned out it was Clementi. So we went there and had to count the number of spikes on the Rose Compass found on the lightbox advertisement there.

We made the same mistake of almost running off without getting our answer sheet stamped (we did that at Bugis earlier).
Another mistake that could have saved us minutes...
And to make it worst, my phone died on me!!!
I charged it the whole night before!!
    Dammit!!!

So Weiyong and I had to swoop phones and exchange SIM cards. We wasted more time!!!

Next stop was an 'East' Station in the West.
    Jurong East. My turf...

    We came across an anogram.
    'The Purest Pals'
    Look up for divine inspiration.

Above the anogram, on that particular lightbox ad, there was the painting of DaVinci's 'The Last Supper'.
So it took me seconds to solve that one.

Next stop was a station named 'centre' in Hokkien and 'new' in Malay.
    Tiong Bahru.

Then it was off to Bedok.

Next stop, the one-and-only yellow train station in Singapore.
We initially thought it was Commonwealth but after numerous calls to people we know living in every corner of Singapore, it was almost unanimous- Toa Payoh.

On our way there, we saw two dudes (we presume the winners) already dashing off the train at Dhoby Ghaut station.

    Our gamble was right.
There at Toa Payoh, we found a cryptex.
The answer was staring at us the entire time.
It was 'chase', nicely aligned together without us needing to reshuffle the alphabets.

Then the last clue directed us to our final destination, back at where we started ie. Cathay at Dhoby Ghaut.

So we dashed to the end point ala Amazing Race only to find half the teams there at the end point.
    How disappointing...

But we got a bagpack with the supposed $1300 worth of DaVinci goodies...
    $1300, Ya rite...

    I doubt so...

I was only glad to receive the sneak preview tickets to the movie this Wednesday night (only a day ahead of the movie's release in Singapore!!! Wad the? You call that sneak preview?)

But seriously, it was not winning the prize that mattered (ya rite) it was the experience that counts.

    I couldn't ask for a better partner.
Weiyong was steady as a rock (almost) while I was the overly excited one (I was peeing so much before the race and during the race, I was dehydrated!!! I had cramps during the last mad dash to the finish line but that didn't stop me from running like mad).
He gave me words of encouragement throughout the race (so did I, though both of us were apprehensive that we could not win due to our mistakes earlier...) and I am glad we stuck by not giving up at any time during the race.
We did bicker a lot (mostly him teasing me and I snapping at him in return)...
And he was 'patient' with all my whiny complaints and stuff.

He was the street smart one while I was the book smart one.
He knew his way around Singapore (I give it to him that).
So you know, he hadn't read the book and wasn't planning to anytime soon.
He was just gonna watch the movie.
And he even insulted those who read (anything for that matter)
that it was a waste of time (or something like that...).
    Typical Weiyong...
Bad choice for a partner on my part...

So he had no idea what anagrams and crytex were. So I had to solve all the clues and broke all the codes myself.
(You know I'm not lying, Weiyong...)

But even that, I couldn't ask for a better partner.

    So thanks, bro.
And see ya this Wednesday for the 'sneak preview'.

Oh... and thanks Michael Rod. He was the 'friend at home on the internet' I called for help (like 'Who wants to be a Millionaire?'). And thanks to the numerous others whom I called for help... And complete strangers on the train I seeked help from.

And I apologise to those commuters or other participants whom I (accidentally??) pushed, shoved and tripped on during the entire race.

    Smile cause you mean it...
Bitched on: Thursday, May 11, 2006
    Time: 5/11/2006 07:59:00 PM

    Just a short short entry.
But a happy one, not like the past few.

Recently, most of my blog have been like me preaching to my readers about being good and nice and stuff.

I wanted to name this entry, 'smile like you mean it'...
    But it didn't sound sincere...

Well, a broad meaningful smile really made my day today.

From my ever-friendly and old (seriously more like ancient) neighbour of mine.

She must be over hundred from the way she look.

Her fair skin dotted with freckles and creased with wrinkles.
Her white thinning hair tied in a tight bun.
Her hard-to-miss hunch on her back.
    Her slow but steady walk.
    Her traditional samfoo...

She is just so old. She must have seen Singapore develop from what it was, through the war and independance, to what it has become.

She speaks a smattering of Malay, but mostly she converses in Teochew to me. I would just nod politely when she does.

But today I saw her again as I was leaving my house, I saw her at her house (she had her windows wide open). She waved and smiled at me.

I smiled back. A warm genuine smile...
Something I seldom did during my short short one week stint as a customer service officer...

I was smiling cause I meant it.
I was genuinely glad to see her.
I was sincerely being polite to her.

A far cry from what I felt during that particular week.

    That was it.
That's all I wanted to blog about...
    That smile made my day.
I was happy after that encounter.
    Extremely happy.
    'nuff said...

So smile cause you mean it.

    Polling Day... Boring Day...
Bitched on: Sunday, May 07, 2006
    Time: 5/07/2006 10:31:00 PM

    Can't help myself.
I was itching to blog about this...

But I was warned by my dad that this could be a bit risky with all the government warning bloggers about defamation on their blogs and stuff.

But seriously, I just want to say, "What's the big deal?"

    Its so freaking dull...

    Freaking freaking boring...

    Yawn...

I can honestly say that Singaporean youths and Singaporean politics can never mix.

    PAP won majority. Yippey!!!

    Yawn...

    Who cares?
I'm just more concern about NS... and my schoolwork....

    Lift upgrading?
    Who cares?
I can always take the stairs...
Besides, that is the only promise that I heard so many times during the entire election...

    James Gomez?
    Who the hell is that?
What did he do wrong again?

    NKF issue?
    Who gives a damn...?
But what was interesting was that in every election (i know of) without fail someone will get sued by the PAP.

PAP's new gung ho mandate should have been..
You defame me? I sue you.

    Rallies?
I have better things to do than attend them!!
I bet those who attend are either family and friends or bored residents living nearby who can't stand the ruckus...

And its funny how these people make placards professing their love for the nominees like they were some kind of celebrity!

I am still too young to vote for your information.
But even if I could, I didn't have to.
My Hong Kah GRC (Group Representative ... C... something...) was not contested. So its like a walkover for PAP...

    Yay!!!

    Yawn...

I think we should do away with all these GRC and instead have SRC (Single Representative ... something...) for all the constituencies (is that the C in GRC and SRC???) in Singapore.

    Its fairer, no?

More opposition erm... people can contest...
So we as the voters have more choices.

If the PAP is so confident, they shouldn't feel threaten in any way, no?

Ugly Singaporean (My Job)... Part 3
Bitched on: Monday, May 01, 2006
    Time: 5/01/2006 01:13:00 AM

Been a while since my last blog, ay?
Well, I have (now, had) been busy.
    With a new job.
    As a customer service officer.

    I can't really say where.
    No, its not classified information.
Just that the place is so notorious.
    With really 'bad service'.

Its not my fault or any of my (ex) colleague's.
It is just because of the circumstances.

In a nutshell, I work(ed) at this distributing company cum service repair centre for this particular phone and other electronic devices.
Everything would have been swell if we could repair the stupid phones.

    Why?
Well, we ran out of parts (speakers, motherboards, main boards, cables, hinges, LCD panels, you name it, we ran out of it.)
And also making it worst our one and only technician took a long (but deserving) break for a week.

I haven't really explained my job scope, have I?
Well, I don't wanna mince my words when I say that my job is to get fucked by upset customers.
We are like the front line of a troop of soldiers (in this case, the company), the first few to be killed and maimed by the enemies.

Man, woman, local, foreigner, asian, white, young or old.

We get fucked by all of them.

The title of my blog shouldn't have been Ugly Singaporean. Instead it should have been Ugly Rich Babies.

Cause I say that the particular phone does not come cheap.
At over a thousand bucks a piece, anyone could make the same mistake of overestimating the durability and 'life expectancy' of the God damn phone.

So I assume that these people are either too rich or too plain stupid to have purchased this piece of shit.

And this stupid rich folks are the main reason why I quit (YES, I quit after only a week!).

Its like every single day, I am just buttering or vaseline-ing my arsehole before I go to work for them to screw me.

They throw tantrums like raising their voice and banging the table.
Demanding to see my manager or threatening to sue the company.

Like this bitch (totally bitchy banana ie. yellow on the outside, white in the inside, complete with faux American accent).
I thought she was this sweet lady but it turned out she was the she-devil. Demanding this and that.
She apologised later (though I felt it was not so genuine). But who cares.
    Apology not accepted, Bitch!
You were a horribly ugly person (not on the outside but in the inside, and that is just as bad...). I could tell you are rich and articulate but you lack class...
Latest Update: Turns out she is a model for some bank...

They want things to go their way and jump queues to have their phones fixed first.
Some simply ask for a refund (like what the heck? We are only the distributing company not the damn manufacturing or retailing company).

Some even make things personal and insult myself and my colleagues.
There was once a Korean or Jap guy who blatantly told me to my face that I was a liar (I had no recollection of lying to that old prune). Go learn English first before talking to me please, I am sure you misunderstood what I had told you earlier.

Some simply refuse to leave even after having explained to them that we couldn't fix their phones (no stock of the components that needed to be replaced).

My technician likened these stupid customers who demand their phones be fixed now (without the stock for the components) to operated patients on the surgery table without the donated organs.

Like this guy who I felt was like a leech. I explained to him over and over again but still he refused to leave, asking us for a replacement phone!
Either he was deaf or just retardedly stupid, he actually insisted again and again for a replacement phone when we have repeatedly told him was not our policy.
In my mind, I was imagining myself smashing his stupid head in with one of the chairs in the room!

I understand that these customers are upset having paid thousands for the phone and then realising the phones get broken but they can't get the phones to be fixed ASAP. And I understand that they want a replacement phone.

Don't get me wrong but I do understand.
    Really.

I too would get pissed off.
But I won't take it out on the only people who could help me, will I?
    That's not smart..

I really admire my colleague who has been working there since February. Pacifying all these big ugly rich babies.

Customers hound you like dogs, calling you on the phone or coming down in person to ask for the status of their precious phones.
Not to mention new customers coming in with their broken phones, hoping that you could get them fixed on the day itself, when in actual fact, it could take weeks for the shipment of the junk phone's components to arrive.

    Its MADNESS!!!

Get this, we don't even know when the shipment will arrive.
The God damn manufacturing company hasn't told us yet.
It could be months. Or even years, for all I care.

So basically, we are like telling the gullible ugly rich babies white lies when only God knows when we can get their phone fix.
Making these empty promises got to me, you know.
At the end of the day, not only was I physically drained, I was also emotionally drained.

I got angry easily. I was moody.
Who wouldn't be when you are on the receiving end of complaints and insults...

Every morning, I woke up with a really heavy heavy heart to go to work.
My friend quit after the second day.
    I, after the fourth day.
And I have never been so relieved.
    So free. Liberated.
I felt freer than I felt after two whole years in the Army.
Back then, you were basically fucked for your own mistakes.
    It was justified.

But the verbal abuse I received from all the big ugly rich babies is too much.

    I am somehow enlightened.
I am nicer to service staff around me now.
I will never take them for granted.
They are not slaves who will wait on you hand and foot.
Some will argue that they are paid to do so.
But that doesn't justify your insolence or rudeness.
No matter how rich you are, people will never respect you if you don't respect others.

Look at the service staff the next time you go to your neighbouring MacDonalds or Burger King, some restaurant or some hawker centre, some 'mama' shop or boutique and put yourself in their shoes.

You are working your butt off serving and tending to people.
It would be nicer if you receive some gratitude, wouldn't it?

So smile to them, our service staff.
    Be nice.

    Or else...

If any of you reading this are previously one of my dissatisfied customers, you can kiss my (resigned) ASS...
