I have a treat for you guys.
The Singapore Idol 2006 auditions!!!
Go watch it and laugh-till-you-piss-in-your-pants!
This year we have a lot of tone-deaf 'singing' hopefuls, lotsa bad diction, never-say-die-rejects from Singapore Idol Season 1, unbelievably shameless 'models', a cowboy (with broken accented American English, contradicting, I know) and a kungfu rapper (complete with tiny nunchakus)...
And the list goes on...
So to those who missed the 1 hour of 'mess' (you pass of as a talent show), here are the highlights of the show.
Bad diction and 'salah' (wrong) intonation (either beng or mat-accented, all these 'singers' would have Raffles turning in his grave!).

While watching this show, I had these nagging thoughts, Singapore Idol's standard is so much lower than American Idol and also what planet are these losers from???
Most of them dress as if they come from Hollywood or Japan, they have no singing talents at all (are all their friends and family members deaf? Or maybe they don't have any friends...) and most of them have two left feet (no rhythm at all).
And they come out disappointed from the audition, rejected and in awe as if the judges' honest criticsms are ludicrous.
Please lah...
Dig your ears lah...
If you can't take criticsms, don't join at all.
Aiyoh... So shameless.
So admirably fearless, but so delusional nevertheless.
I am not trying to bring these people down cause I am bringing these people down.
Back to earth.
They need a realtiy check!!!

Speaking of American Idol earlier on, (are you, Americans, deaf?) why did you let two of the greatest singers in the history of American Idol go?! Chris and Eliot!!!
