I'm from Malaysia but I've been through the education system here from primary school to university. The trend that I see now is that the government is trying to replace all of you with PRC counterparts who demand lower pay. Look around and see how many they have brought in over the past few years. My 2 cents worth : save enough, pack up and leave.
