So... heard about the 17-year-old cheerleader Tammy from NYP (Nanyang Polytechnic) incident? Poor girl. Not only was her handphone (cellphone, mobile phone... wadever your side of the world calls it) stolen, her saucy videos of her romp with her boyfriend on the phone were posted on the internet and they instantly became the talk of the town, mostly negative (duh..). To make it worst, hackers even managed to retrieve her personal details from NYP's database, and spread her full name and address around. But haven't we forgotten someone?
Ahh yes.... the boyfriend. Isn't he like, supposed to be affected also? But no... the spotlight has to be on the poor girl. We know her name but we have no idea who the 21-year-old guy is.
There is also talk of a possibility of Tammy being expelled from NYP although it is believed to be unlikely that the video was shot on school grounds.
The thief must really be bloody heartless ya? Not only did he or she (they are suspecting a rivalling girl who did it) stole the handphone, the thief posted the raunchy 10 minute video online (the school's site of all places!). Anyway...the question is... what? Only 10 minutes?!
Haha... The most important question is, 'Have I seen it?'
Well, sorry to disappoint ya but no. Its really the couple's intimate and personal (talk about primal) stuff.

But I have seen my fair share of self-made amateurish pornography on the phone (my perverted friends' phones). Ok, I am a perv too... but deep down, it really sickens me to watch (after a while...). And then I'll be sickened to have watched it in the first place...
What makes people want to record themselves in action? Well, everyone has their own degree of a fetish for voyeurism (porn stars obviously having the highest degree...). Its kinky, some say. A boast in the sex life. Other than reading girlie mags or using sex toys, filming the heated moment can also be another form for arousal.
Its really up to them what they want to do or how they want to spice it up but haven't they thought of the circumstances if their private videos are leaked out? I mean imagine this, someone has a video of you with your badangdangs or ding-dongs (ok, this sounds childish but you know what I mean) exposed, in their camera-phones nonetheless.
And they could spread it around to their friends via e-mail, blue tooth, MMS (multimedia messages) or infra-red. Soon the whole world would have a piece of you in their computers or mobile phones, if ya know what I mean.
What I think is that its really up to you if you want to record intimate moments in your phone or camera with your lover (with mutual consent) but bear in mind, what if the love sours? Will you trust your ex to delete the 'movie clips'? This sort of complacency is dangerous. The ex from hell can use it to blackmail you into paying money or having more sex (especially true for the ladies). A famous victim to this blackmail has to be the one and only hotel heiress, Paris Hilton (hubba... hubba..., I swear I haven't seen the infamous video...rite...). That happened a long time ago and yet the scandal hasn't blown (pardon the pun) over.
Also, like the above hooh-hah, someone could have stolen or stumbled onto your 'lost' phone or camera and instead of graciously returning the item, they uploaded your 'sexcapades' into the Internet. Other high profile victims to this unfortune are Pamela Anderson and ex-husband Tommy Lee Jones.
Another scarier scenario is that if you were not aware of being filmed in the first place, a nightmare but so true for the ladies. Peeing in public toilets (lavatories, washrooms... wadever your side of the world calls it) will never be safe again.
Already a certain male magazine in Singapore are showing pictures of women's cleavage or up the skirts of unsuspecting ladies in a section showing amateurish pictures. We shouldn't be supporting this!
If you are aware of being filmed and even allowing the videos to be widely distributed then something is definitely wrong! I mean... you are not even being paid!
But seriously, that would be sick!
However, I believe that most of the ladies in these videos are surely tricked into making them. Its the men who distribute them, I mean, they have nothing to lose, they will be called THE man. Its the ladies who would eventually bare the brunt of the receiving end. Sluts, prostitute or whores. You never hear the guys being called that, do you?
Another high profile sex clip is the 'Minah Tudung Biru' (i.e. The Blue Headscarf Lady). The infamous clip originates from Malaysia which then spread across the Causeway (the bridge linking the two countries) into Singapore shores. What makes it so disturbing is that the lady involved was still wearing the 'tudung' or the headscarf (an Islamic necessity for women to cover their hair) while performing the deed. Decorum is surely the last thing on the lady's mind. Ironic isn't it? When the headscarf is supposed to be a symbol for religious faith.
But back to the Tammy case, apparently, the school NYP has been the setting for another sex scandal. This certain Susan Chua also has had her self-made movies widely distributed online. And she came from the same school.
What makes this mind-boggling is that the story (and video) is so widely distributed, even bloggers from the US and Hong Kong are blogging about this. Amazing...
Move over Annabelle Chong who is RJC's (the renowned Raffles Junior College) ex-student and the school's pride and joy and contribution to the US porn industry, we have a new Singaporean Sex Symbol (though reluctant this time). Simply amazing how scandalous news can get the world's attention when millions of people are starving in the Sahara and no one gives a damn...
There are even T-shirts and Bags surrounding this garbage!
And even VCDs DVDs with the clip on sale in Malaysia. Talk about 'enterprising' and 'entrepreneurial'. And the cost of the clip on eBay? $3.99!
This is madness!!
